而这道题的A选项the tubes 不会错误指代前句mammals 体内the tubes吗？
还是说这题第二句先明确指出了in birds 才不会有歧义，而131 题在第二句的最后才指出是in germany？？

1. 第一道题目的难点在于D选项本身没有“语法”错误，只是句子的意思很容易产生歧义。
本意是要说“超过75%的在法国生产的能源来自核能，而在德国这一比例只有33%”，D中后半段的the energy因为缺少produced in Germany来修饰，指代的对象可以与前半句的the energy混淆。D的意思可以理解为“超过75%的在法国生产的能源来自核能，然而这些能源里只有33%来自德国”。
2. 不存在这个问题，因为the tubes前面有in birds来修饰。
