7楼，arose simultaneously with but independently of ，是指societies与city-states 同时兴起但两者相互独立

xiaolaby，不要反语法书，ETS不喜欢having,being，我们就不喜欢（做人真不容易）。不然mm解释一下This is an apple那里错了？Nike的广告词just do it哪里错了？

偶的思路，希望对大家有帮助，因为是考试，所以时间紧，那么长的句子谁能看完阿？何况还有4个那么长的选项，所以用排除，多记住几个ETS很讨厌的东西就好了。

先排除主谓不一致B/D

然后排除being C

然后A的sth that were也是不好的，因为可以去掉

所以选E

我到现在还没看懂文章是什么意思呢
