A的意思是，非法捕捞并没有多到让龙虾数量急剧减少的程度。这样就正好说明了题意，因为龙虾总数量不变，合法捕捞减少的龙虾数量就正好被非法捕捞的人给弄走了。

怎么看A都不像, 理由是:
假设92年的非法捕捞量是A1, 合法的是A2; 96年分别是B1, B2, 则假设一个数量:
A1+B1=10000 92年的数量
A2+B2=1000 96年数量
已知B1=B2, 则A1-A2=9000, 清晰明确, 和龙虾数量增加有什么关系, 就算是96年B2=1000, 即非法的一只都没有捞到, 还是相差9000, 我觉得一定不是A, 请大家指正, 谢谢.
而且感觉默认了一个条件是有多少lobster92年的时候都捞完了, 这样96年才可以根据一个特定的总量判断出96年的A2, 这题极为的不对, 强烈B4ETS的数学.

A是正確的,其語意為”非法活動不會多到讓整體龍蝦的數量減少”,因為題目由合法數量推得非法捕獲數量應該為9000,亦即合法數量(已知)+非法捕獲9000(推得)=整體數量(就是你必須給題目的値),如果整體數量未知,題目只知道合法數量,整體數量未知,就無法推得9000的數量了.這樣講明白嗎?

我下载的是XY GWD 13，里面的Ａ选项是：
无论怎么看，这句话的意思都是——由于非法捕捉的费用比较低，在Ｂ地的龙虾数量急剧减少。
就算改成了ｅｘｔｅｎｓｉｖｅ，后面也需要ｎｏｔ吧。so that应该没有too to的功效吧。
请大牛指教。

illegal=9000
è没有legal的量，B只能证明illegal变多，但是E可以说明根本没有legal的量
E不是assumption, 是他因削弱。
在assumption是licensed lobster boats in business的数量没有减少，the level of legal lobster fishing activity的数量没有减少，总的lobster的数量没有减少的前提下，打上来的龙虾比以前少了9000吨，可以认为是由于非法打捞走了这9000吨。

怎么看A都不像, 理由是:

你这个公式太有误导性了，谁跟你假设B1一定等于B2了？修正一下。假设92年的非法捕捞量是A1, 合法的是A2; 96年分别是B1, B2
