答案：E，请问C和E有什么区别是？为什么E更好？

C whose request有问题。应该是对professional的request，而c好像是说professional本人的request增长。

C在句子意思上有些问题，from the requests for highly paid professionals,
who make higher profits for the agencies中，make higher profits的不是professionals，而是requests for professionals，所以这里WHO从句修饰有些在逻辑上的改变。不过C的更明显的错误是WHEN和WHOSE从句修饰对象模糊，尤其是WHEN，它修饰什么？
