In countries whereautomobile insurance includes compensation for whiplash injuries sustained inautomobile accidents, reports of having suffered such injuries are twice asfrequent as they are in countries where whiplash is not covered. Some commentators have argued, correctly,that since there is presently no objective test for whiplash, spurious reportsof whiplash injuries cannot be readily identified. OG里解释说， The second is not the argument's conclusion. 所以我第一个排除了A

对啊这道题好奇怪啊。 prep2008笔记里面说是选B或C。。。到底选什么！
xdf的课程里面说clearly后面的就是结论所以在A。E中选择。
然后根据第一句是一个证据我认为应该选A

08prep笔记中划线的句子和OG题目中划线的句子不一样。
