E对，但是各位的说法我不甚同意。
trust的过去分词我查了好多，都说是trusted，反而是put我们比较熟悉的过去式、过去分词同形。So，i guess

由于since后面是完整的句子，所以我把它拎出来单独看。
E项 since erosion, prehistoric glacier movement, and ancient, gold-bearing riverbeds thrust to the surface by volcanic activity put gold literally within reach of anybody with a pan or shovel.

主语：erosion,（ prehistoric） glacier movement, and （ancient, gold-bearing ）riverbeds括号里面是修饰成分
动词：trust
至于put的用法！☞过去分词修饰volcanic activity ——即VA put gold literally within reach of anybody with a pan or shovel

如果put修饰activity，被动的用法不对，putting还能说得过去。
所以put是全句谓语，thrust修饰riverbeds

那在你看来 trust 算什么用法？？它不是过去分词丫

是thrust不是trust，过去式，过去分词和原形同形。
