看了解释，对C选项还不是很明白？为什么one another就会造成contradictory situation，each 单数和one another单数比不是更好么,哪位大牛可以解释一下哇

我是这么理解的，句子的intended meaning是每个公司都想成为最成功的那一个，而the others指的是比较的样本内排除自身所剩下的，更为准确。one another感觉是两者中的比较。

我的理解是从语义的角度来看，后半句着重强调的每一家公司（个体）要和许多其他公司组织（群体）进行竞争，而不是某个特定的firm（尤其one another）。。。所以用the others啦

each 怎么能than one another呢？
