怎么有歧义呢？it无法指代the Aztec people ，那就肯定指代a written language了。

我刚开始把it指代Maya's writing了，现在看懂了，谢谢~

从句中的it优先指代主句SVO结构中的S然后是O，最后才是介词中的名词
