39.The musical tone (A)of an electric guitar is created not (b)by the resonance of the body of (c)the guitar but by electronically (d)amplification.

我知道选取Ｄ，是因为它用副词，但是，我觉得Ｂ是不是也有问题呀，我总觉得应该是说not created by　而不是 created not by，大家说呢

这是平行结构。created not by A but by B,是考not...but...

be created by A, 否定式怎辦? ---> "be NOT created by A", or "be created NOT by A"( both are fine; slightly different in emphasis though)

若是否定，be NOT created by A but DONE by B 较符合平行原则。

同意弹簧的意见,这里是平行结构,not...but...后面必须接相同的成分.
