答案为E,

注意事实和结论中范围的差异, 前面的调查中有free time的限制,而结论中没有, 所以,只有衡量是否占用free time才可以对原文进行加强或者削弱;

本题牵涉到数学加减(只考虑趋势,不考虑具体数量);

第一: 原文survey给出的内容是: free time中看电视和使用计算机的变化趋势: 那就是自由时间(注意这个限制)看电视和使用计算机的两者时间之合为固定值;

第二: 给出的结论是: 使用计算机的时间(注意没有freetime)和看电视的时间都增加了;

所以只有判断是否在上班期间(与freetime对应)使用计算机才能达到加强或者削弱的目的;
