在此衷心感谢很多在巴黎的alumni的无私帮助(特别是Francis，不知道他上不上CD),和current students Patricia mm和Scott的热情接待，呵呵，很开心在学校碰到中国人。
Individual interview很多问题都很随机性，很难准备，除了traditional questions之外，就是一定要对自己的essays很熟悉，并且很多问题都是围绕leadership来问题的，包括成功和失败的例子都要准备(AO对essays上的每个细节都非常的了解，呵呵)。 另外impromptu presentation and case study， be confident和be myself其实意思也就是不要紧张，不要慌张，把自己的想法有条理的表达出来就可以了, 别人说的时候，不要打断，respect others。另外就是要从一个global的角度来考虑问题，因为有的同组的人可能会比较注重细节，这个时候就可以站出来表达一下观点。Well, you are right, but it would be better, if we put the discussion in the global context, we should be in line with the value/Strategy of XXX…. 这样也就可以manage and guide the discussions in the group, 基本上所有的讨论都需要在有限的时间内完成. 在此在此感谢francis帮我做的mock up，让我认清自己之前模拟case discussion时太过于注重细节的和慌张的问题,让我这次感觉做得比模拟时候要好很多。
