关键是不能理解og讲解中agent那句话的概念感觉很绕

D中的意思是：作为一个持卡者对自己能够安全地掌控new debt的标志（控卡能力是标志）

原文的意图是：信用卡的增加。1）不是迫使持卡者消费2）而是他们有更好的控卡能力

把题干抽象化后，从某个角度来看的话，也属于【not消费能力】与【but控卡能力】的平行。（扯远了）
