看这道题，怎么都没有明白import quotas 和national security 的关系，估计对题目的理解有问题，请高人指点迷津．

不好意思，忘了发题目了：

这道题不需要你搞懂两者之间的关系.它是一道非常典型的MUST BE TRUE题型.文中两句话都是陈述事实,没有CONCLUSION.这些事实是正确的,5个答案也全部是正确的.你需要做的是找出答案与文中事实的正确关系.

我的理解如下

A.本身是正确的,但是aircraft industry不等于defense,所以不是此题的正确答案;
B.本身是正确的,套入文中就表示MACHINE-TOOL INDUSTRY没有必要raise issue;
C.正确答案;
D.本身是正确的,但是不需要tooling就与machine-tool industry没有关系了,所以不是此题的正确答案;
E.本身是正确的,several government programs不等于defense program,所以不是此题的正确答案.

babypace，发贴前确实按本坛“发贴必读”搜索过，但显示没有找到我要查询的资料，或许是对携隐“发贴必读”中格式理解有误，待我再试试！

不好意思,請教一個問題有關OG 13的選項B.我了解C是正確.可是沒辦法理解OG上對B的解釋(如下).

OG的解釋是 B explains why the industry might not raise the security issue about import quotas,since it suggests that the Defense Department had no interest in import quotas whatsoever.

不過,正因為Defense Department不關心,tool industry才必須raise the seciruty issue(以便保護自己的利益.)而不像解釋裡所說的"might not raise the security issue."

是不是能請各位先進解惑,感激不盡!
