In my point of view，这里making从句表示主句的伴随状态，gmat语法结构不能用which引导从句表示主句的整体逻辑意思，因此多用现代分词状语表示一个后续状态或者目的.
如果跟to make的目的状语,那么to make的逻辑主语则是florida,而不是工作机会增加这个事实,尤其不定式中还有the state'这个表述.
但是sb do sth. to do这个目的状语结构是正确的.

OG上说to do表目的是in order to do的简略形式，in order to do的逻辑主语肯定为主句主语，所以to do 的逻辑主语也为主句主句。所以在目的主语与主句主语不一致的情况下，ETS选用so that的形式表目的。

我说说我的看法。对E做伴随状语没什么问题。

但是我觉的C就是错在没把it was 补上

我觉的补上了，当中作为插入语

Florida will gain another quarter-million jobs this year alone, many of them in high-paying fields such as electronics and banking, to make the state’s economy far more diversified than it was ten years ago

Making.... is 指代前面事件整体, 但是 to make 不可做此用法

請問in order to do的邏輯主語要是人嗎?還是只要能做此動作的人都可以當邏輯主語呢?

看了大全的299题和170题，正确答案分别是，

(D) such high-paying fields as electronics and banking, making the state’s economy far more diversified than it was

分别补充了it was，还是坚定选A，可以把上面两个选项改写一下

such high-paying fields as electronics and banking, a far more diversified state’s economy than it was

a much more robust construction industry’s economic health than it was five years ago

其实原题中making的作用就是此题中添加一个新词作为同位语的作用，ETS都分别要求补充了it was

当然原题中略有瑕疵就是it was的时态问题，我认为首先可能ETS将后半部分其看成一个独立句子，从这个句子独立来判断时态的话，was是没错的。此外ETS在其他的选项用了现在完成时作为混淆选项，也证明ETS没考虑过去完成时和过去时的对比，否则它完全应该用更加难以判断的过去时作为混淆答案。

do A to make B结构中，B是A的目的；而本题中使经济更多样化应该是获得一些工作岗位的结果，故用making表结果。
