43题，（个人理解啊） B选项比较的对象有问题，错误的比较了land area和Great Britain, there is看着就不顺眼。。。跟其它选项对比一下还显得啰嗦。 comma+and many，我不太清楚many在修饰谁呢，修饰谁都感觉不太对。。 D选项也是比较的不对，land area和the size比较了。 OG对于and的解释就是说过分的强调了many of the people in Laos live in inaccessible places. 也就是说，句子的重点并不在这里，但是这个and把重点转移了，就不对了。
