。。。。。。 。According to a recent survey of municipal services, the city’s streets could be cleaner, its fire code be better enforced, and its crime rate reduced if the current administration improved its management practices.
Abe better enforced, and its crime rate reduced
Bbetter enforced, and its crime rate reduced
Ccould be better enforced, and it could reduce its crime rate
Dbetter enforced, and its crime rate could reduce
Ecould be better enforced, and its crime rate reduce 答案选B B中是省略了2个could be 么??

最后一道我认为其实C语法上是错的,因为这样一来the streets could be cleaner和fire code could be better enforced中间只有一个逗号(无连词)连接,但是两个独立完整的句子之间是一定要有连词的,所以C选项其实是run-on sentence。

不过根据the more, the more结构以及句子含义,也只能选A了
