4. 图饼,某航空公司做survey,针对公司的service,调查了两种人,一种是只有carry on luggage,一种是有carry on luggage & checked luggage,有三种response:觉得变好了,觉得没有变,觉得变差了。每类调查人群都给出了持三种response的人数 (eg,carry on luggage的人中,20人觉得服务变好,25人觉得变差,35人觉得没有变,数字不一定记得准确)。问啥我又记不清了,好像是说随机抽,抽中觉得服务变好人的概率是多少。非常简单。
