答案是D. 但是我觉得E更对,因为题干问的是an allergic reaction to certain sulfites,而D中说的是普通的allergic reaction,概念不同。不知各位高人如何看?

if i am right, you are talking about the parallel between curtain and 普通的. I think that commonly is adv. and curtain is adj.
E is not acceptable.
according to the passage, people are allergic to sulfites, no information regarding amount mentioned at all. so that, even E is assumed, it is not clear whether it is of supportive to the the conclusion.

thank you all, I made a wrong choice of D on account of my carelessness, the conclusion is concerning with allergic reaction to sulfites. if it suggested avoiding allergic reaction to wine itself. then D is worth considering.
According to the conclusion, sulfites is not only used as additive, but also contained in the wine as ingredient, therefore the amount contained in the wine should be assumed.
