标题: ISSUE10...THX...VERY MUCH
11. People's behavior is largely determined by forcesnot of their own making.

Writea response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree withthe statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. Indeveloping and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statementmight or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shapeyour position.

The speaker asserts that forces have themost vital influence on people’s behaviors instead of their own making. I concedethat to some extent, forces determine the rules people’s behaviors have toobserve. Yet people’s own making serve as a more effective catalyst when itcomes to amend oneself and make breakthrough.

I agree that without forces, the wholesociety will be in a great mess due to the society’s unrestrained behaviors.Consider, for example, the inexistence of the provision of green and red lightin the field of transportation, all people will randomly cross the streets, ignoringthe pedestrians like the elders and children, which may also jeopardize theirown security because cars whose owners cannot know about your walking directionat all will crash into them accidentally. As a consequence, the society will bein disorder. Yet in the real world, the strength of laws restrict people’sbehaviors. If people don’t obey the rules, they will be fined or get relatedpunishments, a greater cost than saving little time.

Nevertheless, from the perspective of personalbehaviors, I strongly disagree that people’s behaviors are fully decided byforces. Even if you require someone to do something he dislikes and he promised, without endorsing you sincerely, his behaviors will break his promise in thefuture eventually. For instance, parents always hope that their children willlisten to their requirements that complete their homework earnestly and readmore well-known novels. Without their own willingness and desire to knowledge, they don’t have the ability to focus on it because they cannot no faithrestrict them and endure the attraction of toys. Neglecting developing theirinner interest in knowledge, what parents will know is the same as before.
Also, when it comes to personaldevelopment, people’s own making plays a more crucial rule in their behaviors. HelenKeller, an eminent writer in U.S.A, was born as blind girl, yet she didn’t failto change her destiny with the obstacle of forces. Her own tutor inspired herhope of living through describing how beautiful and colorful the world is,which established her notion that she would make a difference by enjoying thisworld. From that day, she tried to characterize her dreamed world and wish shecould see the world for 3 days, resulting in an excellent book called if I wasnot blind for 3 days. This book inspired a large quantity of disabled people’sbehaviors to live a better life on their own.

To sum up, the force is one of elementsaffecting people’s behaviors superficially. Yet, people’s own making is the keyto rekindle their hope for life and working during their whole lifetime.

我觉得开头和结尾可以加工加工。

其实我也这么觉得。。。但是总觉得开头和结尾要讲的东西差不多。。开头是总结自己的论点吗?
结尾是着重谈论自己的观点和补充前面论点的建议吗?
