sell 的用法很特殊，销售了多少本，从不用被动而用主动

E选项后面的":"是什么用法呢. ":"一般是解释说明的做用啊..但是我觉得这个题目里没有解释的逻辑关系,难道说用it helped establish Scott Joplin as the preeminent ragtime composer来解释Maple Leaf Rag” was an instant hit,还是来解释selling several hundred thousand copies in six months.

个人觉得是句子的重点在于establish这部分。。所以E啦

我的看法：hit后面是冒号，因此’it helped establish S.J…’被用来说明’MLR was an instant hit(MLR取得了巨大的成功)’，逻辑不通。应该是selling several hundred thousand copies in six months
