标题: 请教两篇essay 题目-ROTMAN-michigan

看到UT网站上两道题目，不是很明白，不知道该如何发挥，请指教

3，imagine that ten years from now a colleague is describing you to a new employee. What will s/he say about you that you are not known for now? How will you achieve these new skills

这道题目是要问我准备发展什麽新技能吧，是否指我希望提高的skill 都是哪些呢

4， describe a professional experience when you did not live up to your full potential, what would you do differently if you had to do it over again.

题目是说我是否曾经没有很好发挥我的潜能，我现在又会怎麽做，我觉得这个题目好难写，写得不好，就容易让人家认为你以前是白痴，如果说以前的团队有问题，那末你的leadership又体现在哪里

另外michigan的一道

describe an experience or experiences you have had that highlights the value of diversity in a business setting.

看不太懂，请指点

3 is just the question of career goals and how you would develop yourself to achieve these goals. In 4, you could tell them that you are inexperienced upon initial entry into a sector, but you made all the way to arrive at the stage where you can fully utilize your potential. Michigan's essay is just as it is, nothing more could be explained on it, I think, so just write it.

Toronto 的第４道应该不难写的，你的日常工作中总有做得不太好的地方，比方说项目没有达到满意的效果，Deal没有Close等等，找出一些原因和你从中得到的learning就可以了

Michigan的那道倒是有点怪，是说整个business setting中diversity被强调呢还是说你在其中贡献了Diversity? 我也想问一下

我想应该是指你上一次哪些地方做得不好，吸取了哪些经验教训，如果有机会重做，你会如何改进，等等
