我觉得除了they指代错之外，前后两句的逻辑关系决定了用so that不合适：投资上百家公司和在每家公司持有多少股份并没有因果关系，用so that就擅自改变了原句的主意和中心. 个人意见， 供你参考下哈作者: kiwifoodtown 时间: 2013-2-25 10:07

主句用逗号隔开的现在分词结构表伴随结果，如果改成so that 从句是可行的，只是本题如果D项they指代 a mutual fund, 改成 so that it rarely holds....
