我不明白的解释在EE This construction is wordy and unclear; the referent of it is ambiguous.
excel上面的解释是it不能指代“the energy”给出的例句如下in germany the energy is just over 33%
这个句子中我明白it不能指代the energy,但是E选项中是the energy from nuclear power in Germany,这是一个独立的成分，说明了energy的特性，也不能够指代吗？？？

umm
回归到manhattan的优先指代，也就是所谓的指代优先原则，里面有个case的说法，也就是所谓的语法地位

where it中这个it是主语，所以优先指代主句中的主语

若按卤煮所说指代compared里面的energy的话，那就违反了这条优先性的规则

当然我们这里只讨论pronoun issue，做题要是只抓住pronoun issue不放是非常容易出事情的
