其实就是but改变了语义。LZ仔细看一下A的表述，A用了so long as吧，so long as的意思是“只要”，带有【额外条件规定】的意思，而这里的with the provision that就是这个意思。举个例子，you can play in this room with the provisoin that you do not break anything.你也可以写成you can play in this room so long as you do not break anything
