In 1995 RS,a well-known critic of the patent system, testified in Patent Office hearings that, to test the system, a colleague of his had managed to win a patent for one of Kichhoff's laws, an observation about electric current first made in 1845 and now included in virtually every textbook of elementary.
我的疑问是针对B选项:laws, which was an observation about electric current first made in 1845 and  it is. WHICH is ambiguous because it could refer to one or to laws“.

The Supreme Court has ruled that public universities can collect money even from students who object to particular activities, so long as the groups given money are chosen without  regard to their views.
其中,对so long as the groups given money are chosen without  regard to their views我的理解感觉不是很对?

Researchers have found that individuals who have been blind from birth, and who thus have never seen anyone gestures, nevertheless make hand motions when speaking just as frequently and in virtually the same way as sighted people do, and that they will gesture even when conversing with another blind person.(其中两个黄色高光的连着两个并列的句子)
解释里面说 who have been blind from birth和who thus have never seen anyone gestures是平行的,随意是正确的。 如果我的理解没错的话,and who thus have never seen anyone gestures实际是上一句的递进,因此是否也可以改写成:Researchers have found that individuals who have been blind from birth, thus never having seen anyone gestures...?

The Supreme Court has ruled that public universities can collect money even from students who object to particular activities, so long as the groups given money are chosen without  regard to their views.
不知道我说的有没有make any sense?

They do mean the groups' views.

In other words - the university has to be agnostic about giving out the money - it has to fund any group. It can't decide - oh, a group about cat lovers? Great, here's your money. Dog lovers? Sorry, we won't fund you if you like dogs.

So the university can't decide to refuse money if it thinks a particular group's views are bad or wrong or whatever.

They do mean the groups' views. In other words - the university has to be agnostic  ...

Researchers have found that individuals who have been blind from birth, thus never having seen anyone gestures...?
是不是应该改成 thus have never seen anyone gestures?
