完成了在线申请的流程之后，我问了上海办公室关于寄送书面材料和申请费的事情，他们是这么回复我的：

it's not necessary for you to mail us the signed application form, or other documents. Once students get offer from us, we do require them to provide some original documents, but not now.
There is no any application fee, so please don't worry.
