在D/E当中犹豫了很久，最后因为觉得用D的话，后面many of them中的them可能歧义指代hazardous substances，所以选择了E(虽然觉得E的passive是有点奇怪）。 但是正确答案是D。 去了beatgmat搜了下，大多数人都在纠结A/B/C为啥错。。。囧rz作者: kiwifoodtown 时间: 2013-1-24 13:13
简单的说一下个人看法，可能不一定对。 D 选项 think of .......as....... 意思是把。。。。。看作。。。。从句意上看D选项比较合理。 然后，think of householdcleaning products as hazardous substances 中householdcleaning products= hazardous substances, 所以 many of them 指代得都为同一对象，所以不存在指代歧义。
E 选项 反而容易错误指代了consumers。而且被动语态在表达上不如主动。所以 E选项 不如D选项。

除了ls的pronoun reference問題，補充idiom： [beatgmat expert] active -- think of X as Y passive -- X is/are thought to be Y
另，manhattan也指出“They ARE THOUGHT OF BY her AS heroes.”，這樣的用法wrong。
雖然google會看到be thought of by somebody as something的使用，但貌似在GMAT看來，這樣的用法不恰當~
