    原文从某某任职期间的就业情况推出其业绩。A说的是他任职前的情况。所以无关。原文说新工作工资高于AVERAGE，D说ELIMINATE的工作工资和AVERAGE大体差不多。说明新工作工资高于ELIMINATE的工作。那不就说明了某某的业绩吗

    D确实没错，可是A从哪里看出来是任期前的情况啊？

    D确实没错，可是A从哪里看出来是任期前的情况啊？

    过去三年的 和 D任职的初期阶段 的对比。

    看不出到底三年和D任职的关系。总之是无关选项啦。看到during the past three years，这个选项就可以排除了。
