说明30年以后饭店可以接待更多人，那30年以后的饭店状态不好是因为人多，不是木匠的工艺不好啊。

因为题中并没有说明30前建的饭店有废弃不用的条件。这只是自己推理出来的，

那也许30年以后的饭店也可以被废弃不用呀。
