Country X output现在是5000，所以应该是richer country，原文中有说在富裕的城市中increasing industrial development generates adequates to tackle such problems. 所以，X如果会减少污染的话，应该是增加工业，即C项说的。 至于A项，引入题外信息，会对非法排放罚款，但是文中没有目前非法排放的有多少，也许没有，如果目前没有非法排放，那么A项就不能得出文中结论。作者: kiwifoodtown 时间: 2013-1-5 09:50
