请问took 的主词是谁…是兵马俑吗,但是物怎么能took….

还有为什么不用加it

hoho，不好意思，因为实在读着少it的句子不爽，找出我不怎么用的Webster字典查了下，对不起，在complete做动词项目里只看到vt，对它的解释有3条，但是就是没看到有vi的解释，不相信的同志们最好自己动手翻一翻，对记忆最好了，不是不相信郎文，但是我记得ETS只以W字典为参考，所以严重质疑此题

BTW，记忆中真的搜寻不出complete不跟宾语的句子，不是自己查一下我也向这个例子投降了，但是真的没有vi的解释，请教大侠

我的理解，这是个主动表被动的表达，complete的逻辑宾语就是the army of terra-cotta warriors ，由于它已经作了主语，所以如果加了it,即：the army.. complete..it, it 又指the army,不通，错误。

嗯，我想可不可以将句子中的代词it还原为army,再念念这个句子，

army....took ...to complete the army.

代词只是为了简便，我想还原后看是不是更清楚？

伟氏上标明只做transitive用，不放心又回头查了薄冰语法，信心是一样的。

it作为complete的宾语，指代前面的army，不能省略。

Sorry, 又想了一下，这题大概是这样的。

两个表达法，这里用了第2个。

1. It took me three days to write this essay.

2.This essay took me three days to write.

不需要在complete後又出現it作complete的受詞,因為主詞還是the army

it的出現有太多的名詞可以指稱:afterlife, emperor,甚至achievement造成混淆

不加it 就可以把话说的很完整了，已经可以明白是什么意思了，但加了it 反倒会引起代词指代的歧异

到底答案是b还是c啊？我本人选的c，但之前有人说complete是transitive verb，后面一定要跟it，也很有道理啊。
