我觉得C是没有比较，即使N厂商卖给医院最低价也不一定在价钱上胜过其它厂商，所以一定是要说N厂家的最低价格比其它厂家都要低才可以是正确选项

又看了遍WEAKEN的方法BY LAWYOR，具体性，特殊性。突然顿悟，不知道可否这样理解：
3/4的医生用 ——》 最有效，且the one to choose。里面有一个特殊性是与别的药品比较了！
C说：selling these products to the hospitals at the lowest price the manufactures can offord.这是对于它自己来说最低的价格，但别的厂家可能还要低啊。如果改为是所有药中最便宜的应该可以WEAKEN吧。
而D说：Unlike some competing brands of painkillers就包含了这个比较～
个人观点：C有二个错误的地方：
一：选项说Many drug manufacturers increase sales of their products to hospitals by selling these products to the hospitals at the lowest price the manufacturers can afford。这里的 many drug manufacturers 未必就包括NOVEX。犯了讨论概念扩大范围的错误（ETS在迷惑选项中经常干这种事）。
二：就是包括了，该选项也要进一步的推理，才能削弱 novex is the most effective painkiller.因此该答案不如D来得直接。
