标题: OG13_SC_33关于时态的问题请教

B.Because of plunging prices for computer chips, which is due to an oversupply,
C.Because computer chip prices have been sent plunging, which resulted from an oversupply,

选A

但是关于A中的时态我觉得有问题，原文中用的是has sent。但是后面没画线的地方用的是has announced。 sent prices 在 announce之前，两个都是用现在完成时会造成顺序的混乱。has sent 不是应该改成had sent吗。求解释。。

present perfect對應的time frame：過去的某一時點到現在。
所以send和announce對應的時間終點都是now。

在用present perfect的時候一般考慮的是動作是否現在還在持續/對現在依然有影響。

不需要改成had sent，因為時間重點都是now。只是send跟announce的動作都是開始在過去。

虽然还是觉得说不通。我觉得都用现在完成时态会让人感觉分不清send和announce哪个在前不过还是谢谢。。
不纠结了，反正这个题目排除法也做的对的。
