Yes. I rarely see "the industry’s cost ".

这个问题确实奇怪啊，　ＯＧ１１０也有一道关于cost的问题．

如果一定要用the cost to, 那么，Ｄ有什么问题啊

这道题的逻辑来说，我觉得好象题目排除了The cost to meet.... 的逻辑，为什么呢？　不明白．请教解释啊．

做什么而产生的费用是cost of doing , 对谁的费用是cost to sb. 这里考察了借词。而且这个选项最顺眼。其实这个题可以凭借其他比较来做
