正确答案是D，就是想问一下A项it must be... how...这种it引导的主语从句不行吗？我之前知道it形式主语或者宾语只能指代to do或that从句，但是how也是引导的名词性从句，如果正过来语序就是how... must be我觉得也是可以啊。或者it形式主语或宾语就是规定就只能是that？那这句如果想这么说只能是how ... must be正这说，如果it引导的话只能是it must be... that how？那这样是不是多了一个关系代词啊？

A 选项中it的确是个形式主语，而且我很负责任的告诉你how引导的主语从句 How +从句 +V 这种形式是完全可以的。

但是！！LZ要注意的是 A选项最关键的错误是前面的 Having finally reached a tentative laboragreement with its company's pilots，在这里是状语！！ Having finally reached 要和主句主语相一致，而后面的主句主语是how 引导的主语从句，显然和前面的Having finally reached不一致。Having finally reached 所修饰的主句主语应该是the airline's board 所以A B选项都错。

但是！！LZ要注意的是 A选项最关键的错误是前面的 Having finally reached a tentative laboragreement with its company's pilots，在这里是状语！！ Having finally reached 要和主句主语相一致，而后面的主句主语是how 引导的主语从句，显然和前面的Having finally reached不一致。Having finally reached 所修饰的主句主语应该是the airline's board 所以A B选项都错。

是的是的，谢谢ls，我知道主句逻辑主语一致的问题。
我就是想问一下how引导的从句的问题，我理解你的意思就是说how + clause 引导主语从句可以，比如how we know each other is not important，这样的表述我是知道的，当然这题如果这么说也很awkward，前面一大串how ... must be determined by.. 很wordy. 我就是想问如果改为it's not important how we know each other这样的形式主语引how从句可以吗？

哦，那也就是说it形式主语或者形式宾语引的从句不一定是that引导的了，how/why/whether等引导的只要是名词性的从句都可以指代啦？

是的，特殊疑问词完全可以引导名词性从句的。包括主语从句，宾语从句，表语从句，同位语从句等。

是的，你说的这个我也知道，但是我就是想确认一下it引导的形式主语形式是否可以，就像我上面说的
