D項the energy沒有特指，是什麼樣的energy？不知道。根據前句意思可以理解為the energy produced in France（只是其中一個可能，由於沒有說明白，可能性太多了...），meaning就錯。 應該對the energy加上特指的修飾語，比如the energy produced in Germany.
