关于这个题 我想到的两个例子是 宁波之前要引进污染工业的那个事情遭到了民众抵制 这个用来说明政治家和专家虽然是better-informed and have a big picture bearing in mind， they can be blind to the well being of the general public sometimes而事实证明这是不行的 像在宁波这个例子里，由于事先没有征得百姓的同意 所以造成了官民冲突
