　　To pursue something是不定式作补语，后跟定语从句(省略了关系代词that)。
　　考点：习惯用语、简洁有效、逻辑表达
　　习惯用语-such as，表示举例时用such as，而不是用like。
　　简洁有效，谓语动词后直接加形容词作补语;如果能用名词替代一个名词性从句，优先选名词(比如something, probability, likelihood等)。
　　逻辑表达，原句的插入语不能随意改为句中并列的成分，会使表达意思改变，而且有些动作是不可能用and连接同时发生的，如本题中的control和eradication。
