Telescope的出现能代替europa计划，所以fund就拿来干别的有用的了，比如mars计划。对比没必要的europa计划，mars计划是better use of its fund.

啊～噔～明白了！！！telescope 可以拿来观测就不用europa计划咯！没思考到这个共通之处呢～太谢谢了～这位童鞋～AHA

那E是不是错在只说了mars计划的好，但是没有比较？
