B的fewer than have been怎么感觉这么别扭啊~~这个句子不缺成分么？！

句子结构：Only seven people this century have been killed by … --- fewer than have been killed…

有两点注意一下：第一，由于people作为人民讲的时候是复数名词，所以用few不用little。
第二，破折号在本题中有反讽或表达意外的含义：被蜜蜂蛰死的人比被专门吃人的白鲨吃掉的人还多。

B选项，虽然have been前省略了people/those，是相对来讲比较结构使用最对称的一个选项了

对于本题的比较Ron曾经给自己的观点，可参考
you can't use parallel constructions with "those"/"that"/etc, in separate clauses, unless they are EXACTLY PARALLEL to whatever shows up in the other part.

in this case:
you can't write "those killed by bee stings"
unless
the other part contains "people killed by the great white shark" (with NOTHING IN BETWEEN).
it doesn't, so you can't.
