背景Nowadays,capitalist,in an creasing number ,prefer to invest money to build the factory in the community,especially manufacturing industry.冲突Following this,some local civilians may oppose to it’s construction,whose process may bring lots of industrial rubbish and noise,while others are not.个人观点From my perspective,I prefer to make it come true for this following statement.
让步段：承认合理性Unavoidably,to some extent,not only in the construction of building but also in the normal performance,those factories may damage the quality of air and water in the town,证明合理性making the chemical pollution like sulfur dioxide,carbon monoxide into the river and air,which may give rise to cancer .反驳合理性 However,it is superficial response after hearing build factory,for it is so specific that only natural material machining factories(wood ,crude oil,stone processing factories need to change the raw-material chemical construction,which causes that bad consequence) have this effect instead of many semi-finished product processing factories(like clothing,electronic product, plastic assembling just change the physical construction,which could reduce this pollutions ).假设条件成立What’s more,if there was a factory in the community,it would support increasing number of job for young adults,handing in more tax to the local government which may use this money to perfect fundamental facility in the community,building the path to outside world which is a mountain of money for local people.结论In a conclusion,the community should allow people build factory in it.
例证段：观点In addition,I belive that this growth will make the young couple take care of their family easily. 引出例子The following example indicates how the community’s factory makes it easy.结果1Before the “reform and open”only first-tier cities has the cement concrete road instead of sand road,which were washed away by floods then the peasant has no solution except watching the vegetables and fruits become bad.结果2Not only that,lots of young labor forces have to work far from their homes in coastal cities where the economy are highly developed,many of whose years in outside city are painful,enforced healthcare for aged parents,paying for an education for their children and a home for the family.假设条件成立We can easily imaging that if there were a factory in the community,the young adults don’t have to work far away from their kind parents,cute young children,intimate life partner.总结So in one word,the factory gives an access for young couple to look after their family.
结尾：As far as we can see,although building factory also could increase the pollution,it only appear in specific area.What’s more,working in the local factory makes the young couple take care of their family easily,so I think that it is good to build factory in community.

As time marching, an increasing quantity of students regard doing part-time job as an mature signal part in their heart, especially in college student.(背景) Like a normal subject, doing part-time job not only has advantages but also has disadvantages, for which most of parents encourage their child to take item, while others are not. (冲突)As far as I am concerned, I give my veto to the former.（观点）

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?The most important characteristic for a politician or leader is good communication skills.
There are an increasing number of Chinese politician and the business leader attending or teaching speech classer,in order to practice communication skills.Some people think good communication skills are the most important characteristic for a politician or leader,while others are not.As far as I am concerned,I give me veto to the latter. On the one hand,content is more beneficial to audience than communication skills.That is to say,listeners would rather hear term which has a close relationship with their interest than notice lots of correct irrelevant talk in leader or politician’s presentation.then if the performer keeps a watchful eye on some purple skills,their fans probably turn their back on them. Barack Obama and John McCain,for instance,have a vigorous debate on the economic crisis,tax policy,Supreme Court justices appointed, foreign policy,public education and health insurance in the 2008 American presidential election.As we know,Obama was a big winner in 2008,most of whose favorer pay attention to his policy,foreign attitude rather than his slogan and communication skill. On the other hand,challenging the original doctrines and to try to break them ability is significant for leader or politician,called innovation.Steve Jobs said:Innovation distinguish between leader and follower.For example,nowadays Iphone5 can not sale 5 million sets without Jobs.First,Iphone3 redefined manufacturers for mobile phone design concept,like no metal case,no central processing unit,no graph processing unit,no operating system.Second,Jobs overturned the relationship between manufactures and communications carriers------since the carriers even can determine how many outputs of each year,what functions should the phone has,how much costing should the phone lower, while Iphone can make a loyalty customer for every American carriers.Third,since the Ipad born,Jobs constantly said that post-PC word is coming,which was proved that the tablet PC directly announces that the PC machine destruction is degenerated.So,I point out that innovation play a vital role in leader’s characteristic.
