弱弱的问一句， remain 是vi, 如果要加宾语的话中间应该有介词吧。。。。像是： remain of 或 remain with + 宾语 不过也不是很理解同位语的解释 还有个疑问是， typically 后面不需要一个being连接后面的 ship owners, overseas merchants, or XXX 么。
