BD同样也是平行的错误，把loan和介词短语并列，同时这个介词短语还很罗嗦
如果不看逻辑的意义，仅仅从语法角度来考虑，根据名词的单复数和主谓一致原则：

A Lease-loan buyer is ......
但本身因为require用法的原因，这里这2个句子都是错的！永远记住require的用法

Ø require of sb. to do sth.
Ø require that
Ø require of sb. sth.

不知道怎么办。lODC上很清楚写着be required to do sth，那么是不是只要ets中同时出现了被动和主动，优先选择主动？
另外，怎么能够较快的熟悉各种习惯用法呢？
