C,E选项出现了to have been 和to have begun 这种不定式短语。我的问题是这种短语可以作为句子的谓语或者系动词吗？ 我觉得to have been 更像是定语，相当于that从句。 但og的解释是

这里hold的后面没有that OG的解释认为hold sth to be sth这类的结构（类似于一种搭配吧，hold才是谓语动词）
