as being不简洁

没有appear that的用法吧？

to have done/ been 是允许的结构表达

啊，早上没睡醒。。。对的，immune to，排除AB
那这个题应该选D。恩恩
不过appear用法没有说错

这个题的过去完成时态好奇怪，有没有人解释一下？

我其实有google，也有看到这个解释，只是看完后还是不太明白。。。
如果从固定搭配的角度，和字面平行的角度来见，D似乎没有问题

不过从时态角度分析，我总觉得“过去的行为”用【过去完成时态】有点不妥，因为句子里面并没有一般过去时态强调时间上的对比

BUT
刚刚又想了一下，如果把realized的时间作为一个分割点，那么realized之前是过去完成时态（过去的过去），realized之后是现在完成时（强调的现在的影响），这样就说得通了，还是在强调不同行为的时间顺序

如果我没理解错你的意思，你应该是对的

可以这么理解

本来现在完成时这东西，就是用现在的眼光看过去的事情

realized是过去发生的事情（可能有着continued effect 或者 relevant to the current topic，所以使用了present perfect）

你可以说realized是一个过去的point event

假设现在的眼光也是一个point event，这两点是用线段连接的

而realized的过去就是had appeared（也就是在realized之前人们所认知的误区）

同样也是两个点event

准确来用数轴表达

其实也就是3个点，两条线段

不知道我说清楚没有

appear 的用法和seem差不多
appear to, appear as, appear 做系动词，it appears that
