图表中横轴说的是，投票人对于缩减工作时间这个问题的看法，竖轴说的是实际投票与原本看法一致的可能性。曲线代表各个不同的政党，所以整张图表是表明各政党选民原本看法对实际投票的影响。 第一题是问哪个政党的成员对于缩减工作时间问题最有可能投票选择和自己原本的看法一致的选项 (either against it or for it)。delta has the highest probability rating overall, so most likely they will vote according to thier previous preferences.
第二题是问那个政党的成员最有可能否决缩减工作时间，如果他们原本的意见就是反对。Vertically, the highest pobability for voting against the issue is party Zeta. No preference has the lowest probability of voting according to pervious preferences, if they are previously against it. so even if they were against it, there are over 50% of the change they will vote for it.
