Q32:
A surge in new home sales and a drop in weekly unemployment claims suggest that the economy might not be as weak as some analysts previously thought.
但我想问C,因为A,B中as ... as后确实找不到economy对应的代词,而C中可以看出是代词省略了,而且我在google上发现了一大堆have been previously 的用法,证明时态没问题.只是have应该改成has.

claims suggest that the economy might not be as weak as previously thought to be by some analysts.
claims suggest that the economy might not be as weak as previously thought to be by some analysts
Not as ...as 是可以的
not so...as只能用语否定句,但并不代表not as.. as不能用语否定句
Tom's not as old as you, is he?

i choose A
reply to the floor 4, follow the rule of the active is always in higher priority than passive, we can delete choice C from A and C.
