标题: 作文素材积累专帖（今日话题：Issue 21）


       本帖专门为Issue涉及到的话题做准备，每天我会按题库顺序粘贴题目，给出我自己找的例子，大家觉得有什么比较好的例子素材可以为之所用，请跟帖，日积月累，相信到一定时候，会是一个很大素材库的。

 这个帖子也许短期内效益不大，但我觉得一个月之后，必定会有很好的效果，所以无论你现在即将考试还是距离考试有几个月很长时间，都请在这里记录下吧！众人拾柴火焰高嘛，大家加油！

观点阐述１：在法律条文中，很少有明确给出判罚量的规定，更多时候时候给出一个范围，以供法官在审判具体案例时能根据具体的情况有一定的自由量刑判罚。
