Apartment is 5-10 minutes walk from WPI. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and located in one of the safest area near WPI. My neighbors are all wealthy native American. No gangs nearby. Free private washer included. Heat system is great. No little friends in the room. Hardwood floor. Roommates are two Chinese girls who are also WPI students. There is 1 Parking space for you in the back yard, a garage and free off-street parking. There is a big desk in the bedroom.The dining room is huge. All the accessories in the kitchen and restroom are available. The apartment will be avaible in Dec. It will take you $450-500 per month in winter(all the facilities included).
