答案选E，但是e中明显their指的是reserchers ,而正确的逻辑意思应该是指Arabian Leopards ，所以很明显要排除啊，解释上又说什么要结构平行神马乱七八糟的，前面的题目又说代词应该指离它前面最近的名词为好，~ 坑人啊！求解！！！！！！！！！！！1

将句子简化：Researchers have determined that, because of…, …, and that…
得出：determined后跟that引导的两个并列的宾语从句说明determine的内容，because of为插入语，不难看出because of也和determined that 后面的成分在同一层次，因此their 优先指代 leopards；
而且根据逻辑语义LZ也判断出来： poaching and increased cultivation in their native habitats也是指代AL，并非指代 researchers 。

代词指代，manhattan说了。。。。不要用来排除答案，除非代词指代明显错误，gender，单复数，或者其他明显的指代错误，否则的话，不要用来排除答案！这个东西，没啥标准，有时候对，有时候错。。。。一般，不用代词指代，事实上，也是可以做出来的。至于这一题，sisichen666的解释是对的，层次决定了指代的优先，但是，其他句子里，我也见过跳出来层次指代的 - manhattan上说，这是close，非常有道理，就是离谁近，就优先指代谁。。。但是，有时候这个规则又是错的。。。。非常扯淡
